Check-in : between 4 and 8 PM. You’ll be welcome by your hosts in person.
Check-out : between 8.30 AM and noon. You’ll give back the keys to your hosts in person.
If you need an early check-in or a late check-out, please contact directly your host. If we are able to help you, in case of availability we will do it with pleasure.
Rates : 120€ per night, at least 2 consecutive nights from Friday to Monday (outside the French school and public holidays)
During October and Easter French holidays : 120 per night, at least 5 consecutive nights. Arrival on Fridays or Saturdays only.
During Christmas, Winter and Summer French holidays : 990€ per Week . Arrival on Fridays or Saturdays only.
Upon reservation, 50% deposit by bank transfer, the balance 30 days before arrival.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the stay, after full payment is due.
For reservations made less than 30 days before arrival, we require full payment upon reservation by bank transfer.
Apartment capacity : 2 adults ( queen size bed) , 2 kids under 18 years old (1 regular sofa bed ) and a baby under 2 years old (crib available on request and extra charge of 15€ per stay).
Cleaning charges at the end of your stay : 20€ for1 or 2 adults, 40€ for 3 or 4 persons per stay.
Laundry service (only for reservations of 4 nights and more) : on request and subject to availability : free upon 1 laundry (capacity of 12 kg) per week , extra- laundry at the extra-cost of 10€.
City tax : based on local laws.

Internal rules :
Full payment of the rental must have been received by bank transfer before arrival. Otherwise you will not have access to the rental. Too much abuse and fraud today takes place to the detriment of serious travelers who want to enjoy a relaxing weekend or weeks of vacation. We want to protect them and protect ourselves as well. Full payment includes rental, end-of-stay cleaning fees, extra baby bed and tourist tax.
The good side of things : all you have to do is enjoy your stay !
On arrival, you will be asked to provide a valid identity document, a cash deposit of €1500 on collection of the keys (returned on departure), fill in an individual police form and sign the house rules.
Please note that the establishment is entirely non-smoking indoors. An ashtray is available outside for those who wish.
Pets are not allowed for reasons of hygiene.
Parties are prohibited. Noise pollution that may disturb your guests and neighbours must stop between 9 P.M and 9 A.M.
Candles and incense are for decorative purposes only. For safety reasons, they must not be lit. If you want to create a cosy, romantic, atmosphere, you can use the LED candles provided for this purpose.
Please do not eat in the room or on the beds in general.
In the event of early departure, no refund will be made.
In the event of non-compliance with these clauses and the house rules, your host reserves the right to refuse you the access to the rental property or to shorten your stay without prior notice or reimbursement.
If your host is unable to welcome you ( in cases of force majeure), we will refund your rental in full. No additional compensation can be claimed.
